The Center warmly welcomes educators who wish to use the collections for teaching, whether it is a Kindergarten class or a group of graduate students.
Gallery Tours
The Education department offers docent-led tours of the collections and classes tailored to visitors with special needs. For more information please see Tours.
Independent visits
You are welcome to bring your class to the galleries without an organized tour, but we ask that you please contact the Education department prior to your visit to schedule a time as the galleries can only accommodate a limited number of groups on a given day.
Teaching in the Study Room
If you wish to teach in the Study Room during your visit, please contact the Department of Prints and Drawings (ycba.prints@yale.edu | 203 432 2840) in advance to schedule an appointment.
Please note: teaching in the Study Room is by prior appointment only and class sizes are limited to fifteen students.
