The largest single-day spectator event in the state of Connecticut, the Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade, steps off on Sunday, March 10.
The parade route travels southeast on Chapel Street, directly in front of the museum, to the end of the New Haven Green, where it turns left onto Church Street. It follows Church Street to Grove Street, where it turns right and ends at Orange Street. The parade route is 1.5 miles.
A complete list of street closings is available on this FAQ page (see mayor’s proclamation).
