In recognition of 2025 World AIDS Day and the Day With(out) Art, join us for a screening of Derek Jarman’s Blue (1993). Jarman’s final film, completed shortly before his death, meditates on the experience of AIDS with unflinching clarity, against a single field of blue. Today, Blue endures as a vital work of Queer cinema. Introduction by Lily Waterton, the Jock Reynolds Fellow in Public Programs, Yale University Art Gallery.
