Out to Art Features “Up with Books”: A Display and Presentation by Students from Chapel Haven

Free admission

Chapel Haven students enrolled in the “Out to Art” class at the YCBA will share a display of rare books and manuscripts from the YCBA Study Room that connect with their favorite books from their personal bookshelves.

About the Study Room display

In dialogue with staff from Chapel Haven Schleifer Center, the YCBA’s Education department, and the YCBA’s Rare Books and Manuscripts department, Chapel Haven students will put together a display of rare books and manuscripts that share themes and subjects with some of their cherished books.

Visit the Study Room any time during the two days of this display (Thursday, June 11, and Friday, June 12, 10 am - 4:30 pm both days).

And be sure to join us in the Library Court on Thursday, 1:30-3 pm, for a reception to meet the students and hear about their selections.
