Family Program

Portico Projects

Free admission

Join us under the museum portico for outdoor art making!

Visitors of all ages are invited to stop by for an art-making session under the covered portico entrance to the Yale Center for British Art. Museum educators present fun, engaging art projects that relate to works in our collection and special exhibitions.

Inspired by the work of Njideka Akunyili Crosby (Yale MFA 2011) on view on the second floor, participants will explore collage and mixed media techniques.

All materials are provided for free. Registration is not required.

Please note that this program will take place indoors in the case of inclement weather.
