Curatorial Scholar Awards
Curatorial Scholar Awards are open to any curators who are engaged in significant curatorial work in the field of British art.
These awards are open to curators worldwide who are engaged in significant curatorial work in any area of British art. Proposed research projects should relate to the curatorial responsibilities of the applicant. Eligible areas of research include cataloguing, interpretation, the development of exhibitions, collections displays or digital projects, exhibition catalogues or other related museum publications, collections development, conservation, and object care. Priority will be given to applicants with a demonstrated need for funding.
Residency dates for successful applicants in the 2024 cycle may be held between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. Predoctoral awards may be held from one to two months. All other awards may be held from one to three consecutive months.
