The Yale Center for British Art’s docents are now online! Join us for a series of tours exploring the exhibition Bridget Riley: Perceptual Abstraction. Each presentation is thirty minutes, with time reserved for conversation and questions.

About this tour

The museum's docent, Andrew McLaren, will discuss the special exhibition Bridget Riley: Perceptual Abstraction. This exhibition is the largest survey in the United States in over twenty years of the British abstract artist Bridget Riley. For seven decades Riley has explored line, form, shape, pattern, and color to create dynamic works of art that pulse, shift, and glow with energy and movement. McLaren will discuss the exhibition, Riley's history, and her influences over this impressive career.
