About Samir Chatterjee

Chatterjee has accompanied many of India’s greatest musicians, including Ravi Shankar, and collaborates with various Western performers, such as Branford Marsalis and Yoko Ono Lennon. In this improvised piece, Chatterjee combines tone and rhythm to explore and express his personal experience with the world’s present state with the pandemic.

This performance is presented through the generosity of the Terry F. Green 1969 Fund for British Art and Culture.
