Exploring Artism: A Program for Families with Children on the Autism Spectrum

This is a free program for children who are five to twelve years of age and on the autism spectrum. Participants will find a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for autism families. Learn ways to engage social skills, practice fine motor control, sustain participant attention and focus while looking and talking about artworks with the whole family. No fail lessons and multi-sensory follow-up activities are shared along with modifications for sensory regulation and self-expression.

This program is conducted by the Education department of the Yale Center for British Art in consultation with the Yale Child Study Center and is recommended by the Autism Parents Community (APC).
