Nicole LaBouff, Research Fellow at the YCBA and Curator of Costume and Textiles at LACMA, offers a closer look at Heneage Finch, 4th Earl of Aylesford’s Longleat from Park Hill.

Join us in for this “Research in Action” talk to look closely at a single artwork through the ongoing research of YCBA fellows, students, and staff. Nicole LaBouff is a Research Fellow at the YCBA and Curator of Costume and Textiles at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Using Longleat from Park Hill, she will discuss how the 4th Earl and Countess of Aylesford capitalized on their peripatetic lifestyle to serve their intertwined scientific and artistic goals.
